Families can search for clinical trial results in the Children’s Oncology Group (COG) ROR database. To search, do one of the following:
If you do not know the study name or ID number or cannot think of an appropriate search term or disease type, please ask your pediatric oncology team to assist you.

Most COG studies completed from January 2012 onward are accessible once completed.
While some studies that began prior to January 2012 are accessible through ROR, the majority are not. If you cannot find your study, please ask your pediatric oncology team about the results.
The ROR database provides access to COG studies only. Trial results summarize how well treatments performed and how they compare to standard approaches, including effectiveness, side effects, complications, and patient outcomes.
Summaries reflect overall study results and are not specific to individual patient care. If you have questions, please speak with your pediatric oncology team.
Clinical trials can take many years to complete, and sometimes results are not released until long after the last patient has been enrolled. During that time, researchers analyze data to ensure the findings are accurate and answer the study’s primary question.
Additional results may become available over time as further analyses are completed. To receive automatic updates about trial results, enter your email on the study results page to be notified when new summaries are posted.
If your email address changes or is no longer active, you can enter a new one at any time through the website to continue receiving updates. COG does not maintain or update inactive email accounts.
Email addresses are retained for up to 10 years and are then automatically deleted. If you would like to continue receiving notifications after that time, you will need to re-register.
Results summaries are compiled by the study team. Summaries are reviewed for readability and accuracy by members of COG’s Patient Advocacy and Nursing Committees, a statistician, and leaders of the ROR Committee and COG before being posted on the website.

Only summaries of study results are posted. Neither you nor your child will be identified in any way.
If you have questions about the study results, we recommend speaking with your child’s care team. They are best positioned to provide guidance based on your child’s individual medical history.
Study chairs are unable to provide guidance on individual cases.
