COG membership provides institutions with access to clinical trials across the network.
To qualify, institutions must meet the criteria and guidelines for pediatric cancer centers established by the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Hematology/Oncology and the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, along with additional personnel and service requirements.
Institutions apply for membership, and applications are reviewed by a multidisciplinary committee.

Individuals at current COG member institutions who will be engaged in COG activities may apply to join our roster. Contact your institution’s COG site Principal Investigator or Lead Clinical Research Associate for access details, then follow the link to apply.
COG offers eligible individuals at non-COG member institutions outside the United States and Canada the opportunity to join as International Associates, supporting research collaboration and scientific exchange. Review the requirements below and contact us for application instructions.
